Elev8 Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization created to help elevate the lives of underserved families across the globe. Since 2018, the corporation has worked to identify, develop, and make available, educational, health, and financial resources to children and related benefits to mothers in undeserved communities particularly in The Gambia and the US. We continue to grow our network of volunteers, sponsors and beneficiaries daily.

Founder & CEO
Haddy Coulibaly
​With over 17 years of experience in the Fintech industry, Haddy has extensive expertise in financial systems implementation, portfolio management, credit, operations management, and financial management for nonprofits. She has previously served as the President of AGERA, the Atlanta Gambia Emergency Relief Association, a highly influential African diaspora organization.

Haddy has a strong commitment to making a difference in her community and is an advocate for women and children's rights. Her vision for Elev8 is to champion economic development initiatives that promote equity, providing access to quality healthcare and education. In addition to her professional endeavors, Haddy enjoys traveling the world, broadening her cultural experiences, and leveraging her voice to uplift and advocate for women and children.
Cofounder & Chief Nursing Office
Ida Sanneh BSN, RN
Driven by her desire to make a difference in The Gambia's healthcare system, Ida pursued a career in nursing. She is passionate about providing quality care and empowering the community through education on healthy lifestyles. Ida volunteers at the bedside and actively works towards equipping individuals with resources to manage their health conditions.

Ida's dedication extends beyond her nursing profession. She serves as an Officer in the United States Army Nurse Corps, contributing to her country while cherishing her time spent with family and friends. Ida also has a love for travel, exploring different parts of the world. With her valuable nursing experience that spans over a decade and commitment to improving healthcare, Ida plays a vital role in Elev8 Foundation Inc's mission.

Launched Elev8 Scholarship Fund
First recipient of full ride at the University of The Gambia
2021
Awarded Land For Healthcare Facility
The elders of Kudang awarded institutional land to Elev8 for an ultramodern healthcare facility.
2018
First Mission In The Gambia
Completed a medical mission caring for 640 people & distributed a pallet of school supplies to students at Busumbala Lower Basic School.
2019
Built & Established First Borehole
Built and established a clean water source for the community of Jarra Sukuta, The Gambia.
2022
Initiating Healthcare Facility Construction
Started construction with Elev8 partners and volunteers of a healthcare facility in The Gambia.
2023
Launch Of The Gambia Office With NxGen COACH Network
Opened our first office in The Gambia on Africa Day as part of a joint venture with NxGen COACH Network.
